QRV 15 M

Cela fait un certain temps que je n'ai pas copier les USA... L'absence de propagation bizarrement? Cela devrait peut-être s'arranger en novembre 2016 (?)... C'est certain, c'est plus facile de contacter la Fédération de Russie! Même avec 40W jusqu'à Moscou, on peut dire que c'est Olé Olé sur la bande des 15 mètres ce lundi 15 août... C'était un peu mieux en BPSK pour les reports et le contact. Juste des antennes croisées mal orientées avec du déphasage et c'est tout.
