La fin du télégramme

Après 139 ans d'existence, le télégramme n'existe plus en France depuis lundi 30 avril.

900 000 télégrammes ont été envoyés en 2005, avant une irrémédiable chute liée à l'apparition des mails, des SMS illimités ou autres discussions instantanées.

Il était encore possible d'envoyer un télégramme, en appelant un numéro gratuit et en dictant son message à un conseiller, ou par Internet. Quelques entreprises utilisaient encore ce moyen de communication, ainsi que des tribunaux et même des particuliers pour des événements marquants.
